Who it's for

Businesses of 1–50 people that use AI tools: a website chatbot, ChatGPT or Copilot at work, AI-written posts, AI images in marketing. In AI Act terms you're mostly a deployer.

Who it's not for

If you use AI to decide about people's jobs, credit, education, insurance or housing, that can be high-risk and needs a lawyer. The kit helps you tell whether you're in that group.

What you don't need

A typical small business does not need to register its chatbot, buy an "AI Act certificate" or pay for an audit. Be wary of anyone selling you one. The kit explains what you actually need to do, and nothing more.
